This is some footage of a documentary film I'm making which follows the day-to-day life of transplanted Afro-Cuban dance and drumming master, Juan Carlos Blanco, who was the lead male dancer and soloist of Cuba's national folklore company called, Raices Profundas (Deep Roots), and who currently runs the Omo Aché Afro-Cuban Music and Dance Company in San Diego and Los Angeles, California.
